Wodwo is seeking Customer Success Managers to join our team.  In this role, you’ll work with customers to ensure they’re receiving the tools and support needed relating to onboarding and service.

This includes a thorough understanding of the platform, tips in using the Platform, and general user interface questions.  From pre-sales to post-purchase, CSMs are responsible for a variety of relationships and tasks with our customers 

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for the Company
  • Onboards new customers
  • Demos the platform and reviews the features and benefits of Wodwo
  • Encourage up-sells within the Platform
  • Renewal follow-up
  • Relationship builder

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of software account management
  • Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • Client facing
  • Knowledge of customer ticketing systems
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid time management skills
  • Adaptive to change and the ability to learn quickly
  • Good internal communication skills
  • Excellent problem solver and good listener
  • Creative thinking

Location

Princeton, New Jersey – Hybrid Remote – 3 days in the office
